On the other hand, Deputy Director for Research, Dr. Nero M. Paderes, welcomed and informed the participants regarding Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight supporting the activity. Several workshops on identifying research focus, constructing research questions or objectives, and writing the whole paper including the techniques of finding relevant related studies that support the participants’ claims were also conducted.
The activity culminated with a closing ceremony. Before the participants received their certificates, Dr. Pablo B.
